We make several different types of custom flags and use different techniques depending on the order.

• Printed knitted polyester flags, digitally printed, NO minimum quantity. Widely used for one offs.

• Printed woven polyester flags: Screen printing technique is used so this method is most commonly  employed for larger orders due to the set up cost,  although one offs can be accomodated however,  the set up charge is high.

• Sewn applique method:  Sewn/embroidered flags using either knitted polyester or woven polyester, based on the actual design, flags carry a combination of sewn design and appliqué embroidery works.
